外贸单证流程复杂，从客户询盘到报价再到到订单，这是前期工作，此后又涉及到下生产订单，业务审批以及下达生产通知等相关工作，此后又要关注到用户是否是1/c付款的客户或者是t/t付款的用户,之后将会涉及到验货以及制备基本文件，商检以及租船定船等相关工作，整个过程相对较为繁琐，直到最后准备其他文件以及交单等等，而在这一流程中最最重要的一个环节莫过于客户询盘,只有客户询盘之后才能够让潜在用户成为企业产品购买者，企业才能够在经营过程中盈利，如果在客户询盘时出现偏差，也就不存在此后的相关流程环节了。
外贸单流程之中最为重要的一个环节就是客户询盘，那么在接到客户询盘之后该如何回复呢?总体而言这样的回复并不复杂，要让用户清楚的了解能够提供给用户的产品，以及相关价格和其他相关事宜等等，例如:

In your letter, we refer to the transportation costs of the products and the related insurance issues. All products we sell can cover the insurance premium in transit for the customers, while the transportation expenses during the transportation of the products shall be paid by the buyers. If the buyerundefineds products are shipped by sea, our company is responsible for shipping the products to the port, and the expenses during the lease period of the warehouse shall be borne by my company. However, the buyerundefineds enterprise shall pay the expenses after the expiration of the lease period of the warehouse, and the storage time of our products in the warehouse shall be three days. If the relevant warehouse rental charges incurred in more than three days are for the buyerundefineds account, we will send a letter to the buyer five days before shipment, and the buyer shall ship the products to the port before the expiration of the port warehouse lease.

很高兴能够接到贵公司询盘,在上次的广交会中，我公司所展示的窗帘产品只是我公司生产众多窗帘产品中的一个类别，贵公司在来函中提到我公司目前的窗帘种类，现介绍如下：
艺术窗帘系列产品，其中包括风琴帘，香格里拉帘,以及蝴蝶展翼横帘,报价相同，皆为108元。卷帘类型产品报价根据产品不同而略有区别，简易式手动卷帘350元，顶轨式卷帘270元，简易式弹簧窗帘320元，电动卷帘简易式480元，高架式370元，全罩式550元。天棚帘双轨折叠式天棚帘每件270元，扭力自调整式天棚帘350元，遮阳棚类别产品有：曲臂式遮阳篷480元，PVC盒式遮阳篷600元，中型遮阳棚750元，摆臂式遮阳篷670元，便捷型遮阳棚320元，单摆式遮阳篷430元。
贵公司在发盘函中也提及卷帘门窗，我公司同样生产卷帘门窗类别产品，出口销售价格属中国最低，防蚊纱窗、垂直帘以及竹木帘等类别产品在详单中有价格说明，如贵公司想购入产品，我公司会有专业人员负责和贵公司联系，帮助贵公司了解详细情况。
贵公司在发函中提到产品的运输费用以及相关保险问题，我公司所销售产品皆可为用户支付产品运输途中的保险金，而产品运输过程中的运输费用则要由购买方支付，如购买方企业产品走海运，我公司负责将产品运至港口，仓库租赁期间内费用由我公司负责，但购买方企业要支付仓库租赁超期后的费用，我公司产品在库储存时间为三天，如超过三天产生的相关仓库租赁费用由购买方负责，我方会在发货前五天发函通知购买方企业，购买方企业应在港口仓库租赁到期前将产品装入船只运输出港。
如上回函案例为正规回函，虽然在案例中我们并没有介绍购买企业的发盘函内容，但通过回函我们可以了解到购买方所提出的问题主要是询价，并想详细了解该外贸公司所销售产品的类别，在这其中也谈到了对其他一些类别产品的购买意向，因此该外贸公司在回盘中将其它一些类别产品的目录邮寄给了对方企业，此外又牵涉到了一些产品运输过程之中的费用等问题，该外贸企业回盘里也给了详细的解答。
虽然外贸各个领域中购买产品的企业询盘内容会有很多差异，根据产品不同而会有一些针对性的问题，但整体而言这些询盘其基础是没有太大差异的，所包括的内容也无非是如上我们提到的这几种，因此多数外贸领域中都可借鉴如上我们提到的案例。
